Valves are installed on cylinders and encoded to the system using the IGV Mobile Application.
Encoded valves are connected to the IGV Filling Units and authenticated by the IGV Controllers.

Once approved the Filling units will unlock the valves to start the filling process
Cylinders are scanned at dispatch and delivery points. The process also includes cylinders returned by consumers.
Cylinder inventory, status, exchanges, filling and deliveries are recorded and managed through the IGV Web Application.
